Hit the Shift Button

Why isn’t this working?!!!

I have screamed that many times in life. Every time I attempted to do something, it wouldn’t produce the results I wanted. It was in these moments that I wanted to throw in the towel and give up. Thank God I didn’t.

I know you’re frustrated, feel like crying, and want to throw a few things around the room. I know I want to at times. Let me share this: It’s okay to cry. It’s in my crying moments that I came to this revelation after a lot of prayer and journaling:

The method may the change but the purpose remains the same. Hit the switch button.

You are equipped with so many gifts and talents. Develop a different strategy to achieve whatever goals you’ve set for yourself. It is imperative to have at least three journals: one for personal devotions, one to vent, and one for your business/career aspirations. (GT Tip).

If you’re unsure where you should start I encourage you to schedule a “Driven” session with me. There is no rush. You have to be ready to do the work. You can do this by clicking on the services and products tab here on the website.

Whenever you’re ready just hit the shift button.

Have a great day. You are the movement. Flow into your purpose.

One Love,

Did You Know?

Good morning!

I just wanted to share some news about myself that some of you may not know!!

Did you know that I’m an author? That’s right. I have 4 books available for sale. You can purchase them directly from this website. Go to the “Services and Products” tab.

What types of books you may ask? Let me tell you! “The Journey” is a book of my personal journal entries with biblical principles added to it. It is for those who are on a journey but don’t realize they are not alone. “Exit Strategies” is a devotional based on the book of Exodus in the Bible. It has 50 strategies designed to help you get out and stay out. “Diary of a Poet” is a book of poetry and eight tears. It is for everyone but it comes from a woman’s point of view. And finally, “No More Hiding” is for the introvert, the shy, and the overlooked. We can no longer stay in the background.

I hope that you are encouraged by my writing. I will be penning my newest book soon. I can’t wait to share!!!

Happy Writing!!!

Resume: Position Yourself

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have had a productive week full of movement!!

I want to talk to you about sometimes having to push pause. It’s not that you have completely stopped. You just need to take a step back and evaluate this first quarter. Did you accomplish any of your goals? If not that is okay.

Here is a GT tip: use this second quarter to accomplish at least one goal. Do not try to overwhelm yourself. Position yourself to do great things in excellency. Don’t rush your process.

If you need assistance in reviewing your 1st quarter and starting the second quarter GT is here to help!! Click the contact tab and schedule your “Driven” session today!

Remember, you are the movement. Flow into your purpose.

One love,

Dear Aspiring Author and Blogger,

This post is to encourage you to share the parts of your story you know can change the game and make an impact. Your transparency could possibly save a life.

Grab your journal, make some tea, and let it flow. This is your opportunity to heal. From pen to paper is a tool that will allow you to release the words you can’t speak.

And if you aren’t ready, maybe you should read some of my story. Go to http://www.amazon.com and search: Fredrika Sellers. All four of my books are available for sale.

Be encouraged.

Boldness in the Midst of Heartbreak

Life happens. And it happens unexpectedly. What do you do when all hell breaks loose and you don’t understand why? I know it is easier to throw in the towel. I want to encourage you not to give up. Here are a few tips that I have used that over the years that have helped me overcome life circumstances and even some difficult tragedies/traumas.

  1. Acknowledge what happened. Ignoring the situation doesn’t help anyone including you.
  2. Accept what happened. Denial is one of the five stages of grief but you can overcome this stage.
  3. Have the moment but don’t let the moment have you.
  4. Take as much time as you need to heal
  5. Find a creative outlet to release whatever it is that you are trying to let go of.

I hope you are encouraged by this post. For information about services offered please submit your information on the contact page.

Be Bold in the Midst of Heartbreak. Make an Impact!

One Love,

Delegation is Peaceful

You are probably looking at that title like huh? Let me explain.

We have grown to believe that the more you are able to multitask the better you are as a person. I have found out that is not necessarily true. Just because you can do it doesn’t mean you should do it. We have this control problem. If we don’t do it then it won’t be done right.

Newsflash: just because they don’t do it the way we do does not make it wrong. Take a long look at your to do list. How many things have you completed? There are somethings on your list that someone else on your team can do. Allow those who were sent to help you do just that.

You have so many things you want to do but you never want to relinquish control and then complain when you can’t do it. If you want some peace in your life, I suggest you give your team the things that will ease the load for you. Again, that is what your team is for.

If you aren’t sure what you should delegate, schedule a “Task Management” session with me today by clicking on the “Contact” tab on the webpage. I would be happy to assist you.

New Year, New Rhythm

Welcome to 2019!

I hope that you are excited about what is about to happen through you and for you. I know some people have decided to create vision boards. This year however, you need to be strategic. Don’t overwhelm yourself at the beginning of this year.

Finding your rhythm is very important. That means everyone may not be able to dance with you this year. You have to be okay with that. Finding your rhythm means you will be changing partners every now and then. It takes time and patience.

To schedule a “Driven” or “Rhythm” session (maybe you would like both) select the “Contact” tab and schedule your appointment today. You may also call 240-245-0615.

Stay encouraged!
