One of the hardest things we have to do in life is to be brave. The definition of brave is ready to face and endure danger or pain; showing courage. When you choose to be brave you decide to face the thing that you feel you could possibly destroy you. When you choose to be brave you are choosing to heal at the root. I encourage you as you begin to change your life that you be brave. Be brave at work, at home, and even at the store. Be brave with your family and friends. It takes courage to open up. Scared people wear masks. Brave people show their scars. Let’s be brave from this moment forward.
So many times we are always on time for work, school, etc. When was the last time you showed up on time for yourself. You have to show up for yourself mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. It is a very dangerous thing to everything to everybody around you and nothing to yourself. You have a right to breath, a right to laugh, and right to rest. If you pay attention, the people around you always look out for themselves without remorse. It is time that you do the same for yourself. Love on you baby. It’s time to show up for yourself.

This is a blog for my business named: Genesis Transition. Genesis means “beginning” and Transition means “change”. Some of us want a new beginning or we just need a beginning. Others want a change in their life. I have fallen into both categories. It is not a bad thing. Challenging at times yes it is. In the end it is all worth it. Whether you need a beginning or a change in your personal or professional life realize that you are not in this alone. We are all in this together so be encouraged. You can follow the business on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am looking forward to connecting and interacting with you all.
